 Twilight Hope (Emerald Dream, EU) Open positions: No specific spots open at the moment but quality applications are always given consideration. Requirements: The main requirements for an initiate in TH are to show interest and commitment in raiding, coupled with a good relaxed attitude and willingness to learn. We expect our recruits to be active quality raiders, and as such be available for a minimum of 80% of raids which only actually works out at 2 or 3 raids a week. We operate with a small raiding pool and rely on people sticking to this as well as come to raids prepared with consumables and know the fights beforehand by studying the encounters etc. We also require you to be 18 years or older. History of Twilight Hope: Twilight Hope is the result of a merger between two of the oldest guilds on ED, Twilight Gambit and Forlorn Hope. Both guilds have a common history from the early days of WoW raiding and we merged successfully during fall 2007. Twilight Hope is a mature guild of hardcore raiders, on social hours. This means that we raid, and that is our main focus, but we don’t demand 100% attendance by members, and only raid 10 hours in a week. We accept that members have lives outside of WoW and that that takes priority sometimes, though signing up for 3 raids a week is desirable. We also have several members that take part of PvP activities in the off-raid times. Members ages span between 18-40 or so, with the majority around 25. Twilight Hope is a well organized guild. We use DKP system for loot distribution, a raid signup system for signup and benching, use Ventrilo voice-com for raiding, have an active guild forum and a well established guild bank.
